After the release of the XK55-2 pole with new ‘Nano-Core’ technology, the next logical step was to develop rods for the commercial carp match scene using the same high quality carbon. After a year in development, Middy are proud to release this high-class waggler rod with an ultra-thin, extremely light blank that’s incredibly strong. The action is a continuous/parabolic strengthening curve that subdues carp quickly and effortlessly to the net. With top-class fittings and finishing throughout, including laser-etched butt graphics, the cosmetics are very subtle and all whippings are a non-shine satin black finish to avoid flash. The use of such high modular carbon means the tip is incredibly soft in action yet remains powerful when put under pressure.
