There are 2 colour coded toggle stops
Mark different distances with the same set of sticks
To use, just stick them into the ground
Set distance and wrap the required number of wraps around the sticks
To use you can either hook your hook into the foam (ideal for method rigs)
Or when using a Feeder just slide the feeder over one of the sticks
Then simply wrap round the required number of times
